A. Any new single family detached dwelling constructed after the passage of this Ordinance must include a minimum of one (1) enclosed private garage with a minimum size of nine (9) feet by seventeen (17) feet with a minimum square foot area of one hundred fifty-three (153) square feet for the parking of at least one (1) vehicle Each garage unit shall connect to the street or road with a driveway, minimum width of ten (10) feet, paved as further set forth in this Ordinance,

B.An existing single family detached dwelling with a garage or carport, at the passage of this Ordinance, shall maintain such garage or carport or substitute a garage in accordance with Paragraph A above

C. On any existing single family detached dwelling a new addition or building alteration shall be required to construct a garage in conformance with Paragraph A, above, if the total floor area of the dwelling, including the addition, would exceed one thousand seven hundred (1 700) square feet
