If the provisions of any section, subsection, paragraph, subdivision, or clause of this ordinance shall be judged invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such order of judgment shall not affect ox invalidate the remainder of any section, subsection, paragraph, subdivision, or clause of this ordinance.
