AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 24-3.2 OF THE CODE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF MAHWAH ENTITLED ZONING MAP

WHEREAS, at the adoption of the recent Zoning Map, Lot 7 in Block 55 was erroneously shown as being in the B-40 Zone District, and

WHEREAS, Lot 7 in Block 55 should be shown on the Zoning-Map as being in the R-5 Zone District.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Township Council of the Township of Mahwah as follows:

Section I. Section 24-3.2 of the Code of the Township of Mahwah and the 1995 zoning map of the Township of Mahwah are amended to include the following change:

Lot 7 in Block 55 presently in the B-40 Zone District shall be in the R-5 Single Family Residential Zone District:

Section II. Repealer.

All ordinances and parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed.
