This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon the approval by the county review agency, or sixty (60) days from the receipt of the Now Jersey Stormwater BMF Manual - Appendix D: Model Stormwater control ordinance for Municipalities ordinance by the county review agency if the county review agency should fail to act.
