PRD Hearing Fee Schedule

1. In the case of requests presented to the Supervisors by a party in interest for tentative PRD approval the applicant shall deposit prior to the first public hearing the sum of $500.00, from which all reasonable costs and expenses in connection with the public hearing shall be paid, including but not limited to costs of advertising, meeting fees of the supervisors, reasonable costs of engineering, planning, investigations, reports, appearances and stenographic costs, including appearance fee and original copy of transcript. The Township shall have the right to demand and receive all sums in addition to the initial deposit as may be necessary to pay the costs as aforesaid.

2. Any person, other Om the Township, who shall intervene as a party in any of the proceedings and present testimony or evidence at such proceedings may at the discretion of the Supervisors or be required to pay a reasonable fee not to exceed the fees provided for herein in the case of applicants. Such intervening party shall pay a fee so established within ten (10) days of a request by the Township.

NOTES FORMING THIS RESOLUTION

Note 1 - All moneys received for any hearing shall be held in the Township Office until a hearing date has been set.
