2. In the matter of proceedings before the Zoning Hearing Board, the applicant shall deposit with the Township the sum of $300.00 for each hearing extension beyond the initial hearing.

3. Any person, other than the Township, who shall intervene as a party in the proceedings of the Zoning Hearing Board by this Ordinance and present testimony or evidence at such proceedings may at the discretion of the Zoning Hearing Board -be required to pay a reasonable fee not to exceed the fees provided for herein. Such intervening party shall pay a fee so established within ten (10) days of a request by the Township.
