1. That the improvements to be undertaken and completed in the project include, but are not limited to:

(a) Roadwork

(b) Storm Drainage Facilities

(c) Sedimentation and Erosion Control

(d) Street Trees

(e) Survey Monuments and Street Signs

All of the aforementioned are set forth in detail in Exhibit "All which is incorporated-herein by reference.

3. That OWNER warrants that the aforementioned work and/or improvements shall be completed within one (1) year from date hereof.
