All subdivisions or land development, or portions thereof, located within, or within two hundred (200) feet or areas identified as having Carbonate limestone geology in Conservation and Management Practices for Buckingham and Durham Carbonate Valleys, February, 1985 shall be mapped in accordance with the requirements of Section 4.02 D hereof and shall be subject to the following requirements which shall in addition to all other requirements set forth in the zoning and sub division and land development ordinances:
