31.___ Copies of protective covenants, deed restrictions or homeowner association documents.

32.___ Note: An "as built" of all improvements and utilities shall be submitted prior to release of any related performance bonds.

FINAL SITE PLAN CHECKLIST

Final site plan shall be an as-built indicating the following:

1.___ Key map showing the property and its nearest two intersections of streets intersecting the road serving the property.

2.___ Name and address of owner and applicant.

3.___ Lot, block, tax map number and street address of the property.

4.___ North arrow and reference meridian.

5.___ All construction details approved by the reviewing board at preliminary approval.

6.___ An estimate of any required bonding for improvements not installed.

7.___ Copies of all permits issued by other agencies having jurisdiction (e.g. NJDEP, Warren County SCD, Warren County Planning Board, etc.).

8.___ A statement by the design engineer that all improvements have been installed in accordance with the approval granted by the Board.

9.___ Provisions for signature of Board Chairman and Secretary.
