A. The following uses shall be permitted in the PF District subject to review and approval by the Planning Board, pursuant to the procedures set forth in Chapter 163, Site Plan Review:

(1) Public parks and recreational facilities.

(2) Cemeteries.

(3) Municipal public schools, limited purpose public schools and parochial schools.

B. All proposals shall be evaluated in the strictest manner under the requirements of Chapter 163, Site Plan Review, in order to minimize the impact upon the existing public use.
