If any Part, Article, Section, Subsection, paragraph, clause, phrase or provision, requirement, standard or regulation of this Ordinance or the location of any zone boundary shown on the Zoning Map that forms a part thereof be adjudged invalid or held invalid or unconstitutional, such adjudication shall apply only to that Part, Article, Section, Subsection, paragraph, clause, phrase or provision, requirement, standard or regulation so adjudged and the remainder of this Ordinance shall be deemed valid and effective.
