The affordable housing unit regulations set forth herein shall apply to all affordable housing permitted or required to be constructed in the DD - Downtown Development, HB-2 and HB-3 - Housing business, DH-12, DH-18 and DH-24 - Downtown Housing, and all AH Attached Housing Zones.
