13-14 ACCESSORY BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES



No accessory building or structure, except for agricultural purposes, may be built or located upon any lot on which there is no principal building or structure, and such structures shall comply with the following requirements.



§13-14.1 Height Requirements.



Accessory buildings or structures in the business and industrial zone districts shall not exceed the height regulations of the principal structure. In the agricultural and residential zones, no accessory building or structure shall exceed 20 feet in height, except for agricultural purposes.

§13-14.2 Distance from Principal Structure



Accessory buildings or structures in all zones shall be at least ten feet from any principal building situated on the same lot, unless an integral part thereof, and shall be at least six feet from any other accessory building or structure.



§13-14.3 Location on Lot.



Accessory buildings or structures on corner lots may not be erected nearer to the street than the front yard required on the adjacent lot.



§13-14.4 Accessory Buildings in Residential Districts



a Accessory buildings which are attached to the principal building become a part of the principal building and shall comply with all requirements for principal buildings.



b. The minimum distance of any accessory building from any property line shall be ten feet.



c No accessory building shall be located in the front yard area
