14.4.3 Minimum Yards:
* For corner lots, the 25 foot front yard requirement shall apply to both street frontages. On any corner lot the yard space requirements on the side street shall be the same as established for the residential lots on the side street.
** Where there is a private garage or paved off-street parking area located on the lot, the minimum distance between the principal building and the rear lot line shall be 40 feet.
14.4.4 Minimum Yards - Accessory Structures.
a. Front yard: 25 feet.
b. Rear yard: 5 feet.
c. Side yard: 4 feet.
