13.7.7 Minimum Recreation/Open Space:
Twenty-five (25%) percent of the gross site area shall be available for recreation and open space and shall not include buildings, structures, driveways and parking areas. All open space, not covered by buildings and paved areas, shall be graded as lawn and landscaped in accordance with a site plan approved by the planning board.
