4. No freestanding sign shall be oriented toward Interstate Route 80.

E. Signs in the B-3 District

1.One (1) facade, canopy, awning, or permanent window sign per occupant. The total aggregate area of all such signs shall not exceed ten (110) percent of the area of the face of the wail upon which such sign or signs are erected, attached or painted.

2. One (1) freestanding sign per lot, not to exceed the following standards which are based upon the predominant street exposure:
