C. Signs in the B-1A District

1. One (1) facade, canopy, awning or permanent window sign per occupant. The total aggregate area of all such signs shall not exceed ten (10) percent of the area of the face of the wall upon which such sign or signs are erected, attached or painted, except as noted in Section 13-8.916C.2 below.

2. The total aggregate area of facade, canopy, awning or permanent window sign(s) with exposure to Main Street Succasunna shall not exceed seven (7) percent of the area of the face of the wall upon which such sign(s) are. erected, attached or painted.

3. One (1) freestanding sign per lot, not to exceed the following standards based upon predominant street exposure:
