I. Application fees

B. Exempt applications $25

II Escrow fees

A. Single family, new construction, individual lots at $0 20 c y (minimum fee of $3,000)

B. All other nonexempt soil movement permit applications are $0 20 c y for the first 3,000

c y to be moved (minimum fee of $700), $0 15 c y from 3,001 c y to 5,000 c y , $0 10

c y 5,001 c y and over

C. Exempt applications [except for § 185-4J(5) less than 100 c y ] $100

D. Exempt applications under § 185-4J(5) no escrow fee

E. For all applications, an escrow fee of $1,000 for review of the application by the Borough Engineer [Added 7-28-1999 by Ord. No. 560]

III Review fees

All requests for review of soil movement applications after the second submission shall be accompanied by a check for $60
