§ 198-42. Designation of sites and buildings.

No. 32-1998] Each of the following parcels of land in the Town is hereby designated by the Town Board as a Historic District or site, and each shall be appropriately delineated on the official Building Zone Map of the Town of Huntington and in the Town Code, either by metes and bounds and/or by the section, block and lot number of the Suffolk County Tax Map and/or by street address:



(1) Long Island Motor Parkway, also known as 'Vanderbilt Parkway," the right-of-way of the above-named highway from Half Hollow Road to the border between Huntington and Smithtown. [Added 9-26-1972 by Ord. No. 72-ZC-39]



(2) West Neck Road, beginning on the north side of Route 25A to its terminus at the boundary line of the Incorporated Village of Lloyd Harbor. [Added 1-20-76 by Ord. No. 76-75-ZC-60]



(3) [Added 9-14-76 by Ord. No. 76-ZC-631 In the Cold Spring Harbor section of the Town of Huntington, as more particularly described below. All sections, blocks and parcel numbers referred to herein appear on the Tax Map of the County of Suffolk and are wholly within District 0400, said map being the official Tax Map for the Town of Huntington, which is on file in the Assessor's office of the Town of Huntington as of the 18th day of May 1976.
