Where there is uncertainty as to the boundaries of any of the districts shown on the aforesaid map, the following shall apply

A.The district boundary lines are intended to follow street center lines and lot or property lines as they exist at the time of enactment of this chapter unless indicated by dimensions on the Zoning Map

B.Questions concerning the exact location of district boundary lines shall be determined by the Board of Adjustment in accordance with rules and regulations which may be adopted by it as hereinafter provided
