CHAPTER 3 SKETCH PLAN-SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS | |||||||

Any developer may and is urged to meet informally with the Secretary to the Central Planning Board, to review ideas and concept plans, to discuss any obvious problems and to make suggestions. The requirements of the subdivision ordinance may also be discussed to ensure that the developer understands the applicable provisions. (Ord. 6 S+FB, 2-17-82 § 3.1) | |||||||

The developer may prepare an initial subdivision plan for a parcel of land which shall be specific enough to permit ntelligent review of circulation, building siting and layout, and environmental considerations. | |||||||
The sketch plan may be drawn and shall include: | |||||||
a. A map to a convenient scale upon which the development is proposed, with dimensions.

b. Significant physical site characteristics, etc.

c. Location and use of existing structures on the site, tax block, lot, etc.
