(a) Signs in Historic Districts

All signs, including window signs, except political signs, in an Historic District shall be subject to approval by the Historic District Commission.

(b) Signs in Overlay Zones

Signs in Overlay Zones shall conform to the corresponding requirements of the underlying zone.
