The design review procedure established at Section 30 in the Code of Ordinances of the Town of Cumberland is hereby incorporated into this ordinance in its entirety by reference. Notwithstanding anything to the contract, appeals from the decisions of the design review commission shall be taken to the zoning board of review as outlined in Article 9-9 Appeals to the Zoning Board hereinafter.
