Any building or structure on a lot in a C or I zone that abuts an A or R zone shall have a buffer area extending from the property line of the abutting A or R zone according to the following schedule:

Any outdoor operation, such as mining or quarry operation, on a lot in an I zone that abuts an A or R zone shall have a buffer area of seventy-five (75) feet from the property line of the abutting A and R Zones.
