(a) Fire Escape

A fire escape may extend or project into any required side or rear yard not more than 4 feet.

(b) Open Stairway, Balcony or Porch

An open, unenclosed stairway, balcony, porch, deck, platform or landing place, which, except for the roof, does not extend above the level of the first floor of the building may extend or project into any required front yard not more than 6 feet, and into any required side or rear yard 6 feet, but in no case closer than 4 feet to the side or rear lot line.

(c) Handicapped Access Ramps

Handicapped access ramps may be located in any required front, side or rear yard.
