(a) Through Lots For all zones, at each end of a through lot there shall be a front yard of the depth required by this Ordinance for the zone in which each street frontage is located, as shown in the illustration.

(b) Corner Lots

All yards fronting on intersecting streets shall meet the required front yard setbacks.
