§213-164. Signs.

A. In an M-H Planned Motel-Hotel District. there shall be:

| |||||||
(1) One (1) wall sign per building side permitted. The type, location and size of the wall sign shall be approved by the Town Board.
| |||||||
| |||||||
(2) One (1) freestanding sign with a maximum square footage size of thirty-two (32) square feet. The type and location of the freestanding sign shall be approved by the Town Board.

| |||||||
(3) Directional signs permitted. The number, size, type and location of the directional signs shall be approved by the Town Board.

B. All signs on the site are to be approved by the Town Board.

§213-165. Buffer strips.

Wherever an M-H Planned Motel-Hotel zoned parcel shall abut upon a residential zoned parcel or any parcel used for residential purposes (except for cemeteries), there shall be a buffer strip five (5) feet wide erected, planted and thereafter maintained on the plot pursuant to Planning Board requirements, unless the Planning Board shall require a greater or larger buffer strip. | |||||||
