In the event that the initial deposit made by an applicant is not sufficient to cover all technical/legal review costs of the application, upon request by the Township, the applicant shall make such further deposit or deposits as may be necessary to cover said costs within 15 days of notice.

All original submissions must be made at least 21 days prior to the meeting to be considered for that agenda. All resubmissions must be made at least 10 days prior to the meeting. Any late submissions/resubmissions will not be considered and will be deemed incomplete.
