ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF LIBERTY, COUNTY OF WARREN, STATE OF NEW JERSEY ACCEPTING A ROADWAY KNOWN AS HANSEL WOODS DRIVE IN THE WOODED VALLEY ESTATES I SUBDIVISION

BE IT ORDAINED by the Township Council of the Township of Liberty, County of Warren, Stare of New jersey as follows:

Section 1. The following street has been dedicated to the Township of Libmy by the making and filing of maps is hereby accepted as a public street:

Hansel Woods Drive as shown on map # 17 1isted below;

Section 2. The following are maps on which the foregoing streets are shown:

(I) Wooded Valley Estates I Subdivision as prepared by Daniel E. Yuhas, Professional Licensed Surveyor No. 34886, and titled, "Final Plat Wooded Valley Estates, Lot 46, Block 11, Tax Map 17" and dated September 14, 2002, and being map number 02-075 filed in the County Clerk's Office on August 78, 7003; and

Section 3. This Ordinance shall become effective twenty (20) days after final passage, adoption and publication according to law.
