A.The provisions of this Part shall be administered by the Planning Board of the Township of Berkeley Heights in accordance with N J S A 40 55D-1 et seq . its amendments and supplements thereto or the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township where so authorized to act, provided that. in the case of the Board of Adjustment, the time permitted for decision shall be one hundred twenty (120) days from the date of submission of the proper and complete application. rather than the time specified for the Planning Board to so act in this Part

B.The Construction Official and Zoning Officer and their designated agents are the chief enforcement officers and administrative officers of this Ordinance and are responsible to the Township Committee for its administrative enforcement
