The following signs shall be prohibited

1. Signs containing reflective parts or flashing lights which may be confused with or interfere with any authorized traffic signal or contain symbols or lettering which may confuse drivers

2. Signs which interfere with the radio, television, or any electrical appliance transmission or reception

3. Billboard signs

4. Roof signs and signs which extend above the highest elevation of the wall to which they are attached

5 Animated signs, except for barber poles

6. Sequential signs.

7. Multifaced signs

8 Ground signs in Residential zones

9. Balloon signs

10. Any sign not specifically permitted by this Ordinance
