ARTICLE 4.4 LISTS FURNISHED PROCEDURES
Section 4.4.1 List of Property Owners Furnished

Pursuant to the provisions of N J S A 40 55D-12C, the Administrative Officer, upon written request of an applicant shall, within seven (7) days after receipt of the request therefore, make and certify a list from the current tax duplicates of names and addresses of owners to whom the applicant is required to give notice within two hundred (200) feet of any property which is subject of an application for development to the Planning Board or Zoning Board of Adjustment pursuant to Article 4.3 of this Ordinance A sum not to exceed $0.25 per name, or $ 10.00, whichever is greater, shall be charged for such list

For the purpose of Section 4 4 1 only, the Administrative Officer shall be the Tax Assessor.

Section 4.4.2 Production of Maps by Applicant

A.If an application concerns a subdivision or site plan, the applicant shall produce a map indicating the two hundred (200) foot radius surrounding the property, indicating the block and lot numbers

B. On other applications, the Township Engineer shall establish the block and lot numbers within the two hundred (200) foot radius of the subject property

Section 4.4.3 Concept Plans

At the request of the Developer, the Planning Board shall grant an informal review of a concept plan for a development for which the Development intends to prepare and submit an application for development The Developer shall not be required to submit any fees for such an informal review The Developer shall not be bound by any concept plan for which review is requested and the Planning Board shall not be bound by such review
