ARTICLE VI. Administrative Officer
§ 28-35. Designation of administrative officer.
The Zoning Officer of the Borough of Hopatcong is hereby designated as the administrative officer pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-1 et seq.
§ 28-36. Duties.
It shall be the duty of the administrative officer to enforce the provisions of this chapter pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40:55D-1 et seq.
