A.The following uses and structures Eire permitted in Special Business Districts

(1) All uses permitted in Office Building Districts under Article XI of this chapter.

(2) Nurseries and greenhouses.

(3) Recreational uses, such as bowling alleys and golf driving ranges

(4) Research laboratories

(5) Other buildings, structures and uses in accordance with the provisions set forth in Article XIX of this chapter.

(6) Nonretail uses as follows: banks, funeral homes, nursing homes, public utility buildings but not including electrical substations or the outdoor storage of materials and/or vehicles, newspaper offices and printing establishments, hospitals, municipal buildings or uses

(7) Signs as permitted in Business Districts

(8) Helispots, as defined in § 211-1B, subject to all regulations as set forth in § 211-3F(1) to (9) of this chapter 1

(9) A private helistop, as defined in § 211-1B, in conjunction with a professional or business office building or research laboratory as permitted in this district, subject to the conditions as set forth in § 211-58F(l) to (15) of this chapter.'

B.All uses and structures permitted under this section Eire subject to all regulations and requirements for Business Districts as set forth in Article XII of this chapter.
