All sections of the Subdivision of Land Ordinance. Soil Erosion and Sediment Control Ordinance and Zoning Ordinance of the Revised Ordinances of the Township of Wayne or any other ordinance of the Township of Wayne which contain provisions contrary to the provisions of this chapter shall be and are hereby to the extent of such inconsistency repealed

Pursuant to Section 81 of the Municipal Land Use Law, the substantive provisions of the existing Subdivision of Land Ordinance Zoning Ordinance of the Township of Wayne and the development regulations set forth therein shall continue in full force and effect for a period of six (6) months from the effective date of said Municipal Land Use Law or until the township exercises the authority delegated by said Municipal Land Use Low to regulate development, whichever occurs first

All applications for development filed prior to the effective date of this chapter may be continued, but any appeals arising out of decisions made on any such application shall be governed by the provisions of Article XIV of this chapter

This chapter shall take effect twenty (20) days after final passage and publication as provided by law

Immediately upon adoption of this chapter, the Township Clerk shall file a copy of same with the County Planning Board as required by law The Township Clerk shall also file with said County Planning Board copies of all other ordinances of the municipality relating to land use
