AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER XIII, LAND DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCE, SECTION 13-7 8, GENERAL PROVISIONS FOR ALL ZONES, SUBSECTION 13-7 824, HISTORIC PRESERVATION DISTRICTS, OF THE REVISED GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE TOWN SHIP OF ROXBURY, COUNTY OF MORRIS, STATE OF NEW JERSEY

WHEREAS, the Roxbury Township Historic Advisory Committee hay recommended the inclusion in the Succasunny Historic District of certain homes dating to the early 1900s located south of Route 10 along Eyland Avenue, West Street and Mapledale Avenue, and

WHEREAS, the properties recommended for inclusion to the Succasunny Historic District are Block 339 Lot 4, Block 340 Lots 15-27, Block 341 Lots 1-9 and 9 1, and Block 343 Lots 1 and 2 and

WHEREAS, the Township Council concurs to the recommendation of the Historic Advisory Committee and deems it appropriate to expand the Succasunny Historic District to include the aforementioned properties
