6. Within the T-1 Townhouse Zone, if low and moderate income housing is constructed on site, the construction of low and moderate income units shall be the responsibility of the applicant. Any plan for such development shall be subject not only to the regulations of this chapter but also is subject to site plan and subdivision approval by the Planning Board (Ord. #19-88, 9, Ord #10-90)
