Where a zone boundary line does not coincide with a lot line or the center line of a street as it exists on December 12, 1978, such zone boundary line shall be deemed to be that distance back from the nearest parallel street right-of-way line or property line as indicated by dimensions set forth on the zoning map (Ord #2-77, 19-5 6)
