The Zoning Board of Adjustment is authorized to adopt bylaws and such other rules and regulations governing its procedural operation, which by-laws, rules and regulations shall be consistent with the provisions of this Chapter and Chapter 291, Laws of NJ 1975 The Board shall elect a chairman and vice-chairman from its members and select a secretary who may or may not be a member of the Board of Adjustment or a Municipal employee (Ord #2-77, 19-3 4)
