Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:49-4, the ordinances of the Township of Denville pertaining to land use, subdivisions and site plans, and the Zoning Ordinance of the Township of Denville, adopted February 1, 1977, enacted and from time to time amended and supplemented by the Township Council, as revised, codified and consolidated into chapters and sections by Coded Systems Corporation and the Township of Denville, and consisting of Chapter 19, are hereby approved, adopted, ordained and enacted as "The 1990 Township of Denville Land Use Ordinance," which shall hereinafter be referred to as the "Land Use Codification."
