A.The interim C-5 Business Zone as rezoned by township Ordinance No 77-8-RRR is hereby assigned an option zone and the following described lands established as a MXD Mixed Use Development Option Zone in the Township of East Brunswick, Middlesex County, New Jersey Beginning at the center line intersection of the center line of New Jersey State Route 18 with the prolongation of the southerly outline of Windsor Homes, Section 1, thence

(1) Easterly along the said outline of Windsor Homes, Section 1, 1, 1 70 feet, plus or minus to the center line intersection of Old Bridge - New Brunswick Turnpike, thence

(1) In a northeasterly direction along the northerly property line of said cemetery 750 feet, plus or minus (more or less), to a point in the westerly line of Lot 24 07 in Block 133 28, thence

(2) Along the westerly and southerly property lines of Lot 24 07, the various courses thereof, 1,851 feet, plus or minus (more or less). to a point in the center line of River Road, thence

(3) Along the center line of River Road 151 feet, plus or minus (more or less), to a point opposite the southerly boundary line of Lot 17A in Block 134 now owned by South River Sand Company, thence
