A.The interim C-5 Business Zone as rezoned by township Ordinance No 77-8-RRR is hereby assigned an option zone and the following described lands established as a MXD Mixed Use Development Option Zone in the Township of East Brunswick, Middlesex County, New Jersey Beginning at the center line intersection of the center line of New Jersey State Route 18 with the prolongation of the southerly outline of Windsor Homes, Section 1, thence

(1) Easterly along the said outline of Windsor Homes, Section 1, 1, 1 70 feet, plus or minus to the center line intersection of Old Bridge - New Brunswick Turnpike, thence

(2) Southeasterly along the center line of the Old Bridge - New Brunswick Turnpike a distance of 1,060 feet, plus or minus, to a point opposite the prolongation of the southerly line of Lot 2 04 in Block 132, thence

[Amended 8-25-75 by Ord No 75-8-UU] The following designated areas are hereby established as a Historic District Residential Zone Beginning at a point in the center line of the Old Bridge - New Brunswick Turnpike, said point being opposite the prolongation of Lot 2 in Block 133 28 known as the "Chestnut Hill Cemetery property"; thence | |||||||
(1) In a northeasterly direction along the northerly property line of said cemetery 750 feet, plus or minus (more or less), to a point in the westerly line of Lot 24 07 in Block 133 28, thence

(2) Along the westerly and southerly property lines of Lot 24 07, the various courses thereof, 1,851 feet, plus or minus (more or less). to a point in the center line of River Road, thence
