[Added 5-27-68 by Ord No 68-8-P] The C-3 District as shown and described on the Zoning Map of the Township of East Brunswick which map is incorporated as §228-5 is hereby enlarged to include the following land Beginning at a point in the southerly right-of-way line of Ruth Street, said point being the northwesterly corner of Lot 6S, Block 6B, as shown on the Tax Map of the Township of East Brunswick also being 280 feet from the continuation of the westerly right-of-way line of New Jersey State Highway Route 18 along the southerly right-of-way line of Ruth Street, thence
