(a) Westerly along the northerly right-of-way line of Cranbury Road and Dunhams Corner Road the several courses a distance of 5,000 feet, more or less, to the southeasterly corner of Lot 39 in Block 738-A as shown on the Tax Map of East Brunswick Township; thence

(b) Northerly along the westerly line of the filed map of Greenfield Homes, Section 2, as filed in the Middlesex County Clerk's office a distance of 1,752 56 feet to a point at the northwesterly corner of Lot 15 in Block 738-D as shown on the Tax Map of East Brunswick Township, thence

(1) In a westerly direction along the center line of Ryders Lane a distance of 600 feet, plus or minus, to a point opposite the division line of Lots 12 03 and 12 14 in Block 319 prolonged to the center line, thence
