ARTICLE IV Appeals
§ 33-30. Appeals to Zoning Board of Adjustment.



An appeal to the Zoning Board of Adjustment may be taken by any interested party affected by any decision of the Zoning Officer of the municipality based on or made in the enforcement of the Zoning Ordinance or Official Map. Such appeal shall be taken within 65 days by filing a notice of appeal in the manner set forth in Article II, 33-15A, of this chapter, and in a accordance with the provisions of Article 9 of the Municipal Land Use Law of 1975.

§ 33-31. Appeals from Zoning Board to governing body.

An appeal from any decision of the Zoning Board of Adjustment granting a use variance pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40:55D-17d may be taken to the governing body, provided such appeal shall be made within 10 days of the date of publication of such final decision of the Zoning Board of Adjustment.

§ 33-32. Appeals from Planning Board.

An appeal from any final decision of the Planning Board may be taken, provided such appeal shall be taken in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40:55D-17.
