§ 40-55. Purpose.

In reviewing all applications for the development of twenty-five (25) or more residential units, the Planning Board shall consider the impact of the proposed development upon the number of housing units affordable to low- and moderate-income households. | |||||||
§ 40-56. Housing inventory.

A. Beginning March 1, 1987, and every year thereafter, an inventory of all residential units constructed in the township shall be compiled by the Township Construction Office. The inventory shall be based upon information submitted by the builder or developer of any residential unit and shall include the following:

(2) The estimated sale price of unit sold or the monthly rental of units rented:

(3) The number of bedrooms contained in the unit; and
| |||||||
(4) Whether the unit is to be sold or rented subject to any state or federal government purchaser/ renter.

B. Beginning March 1. 1988. and every year thereafter, the Township Construction Office shall prepare a report, to be presented to the Township Committee, which shall outline all residential construction activity which has occurred in the township during the preceding year. The report shall summarize the results of all survey data collected pursuant to § 40-56A above. The Township Committee shall consider the survey data and may make recommendations to the Planning Board and Zoning Board to ensure continued compliance with the Fair Housing Act.

§ 40-57. Rehabilitation of existing housing.

The Township Clerk shall regularly advertise the availability of funds for rehabilitation of residential housing units whenever such funds become available. Such notice shall be prominently displayed at all public offices. Such notice shall also be made available at the Township Construction Office and all township libraries. | |||||||
§ 40-58. Housing Element and Fair Share Plan.

A. Master Plan. The Housing Element and Fair Share Plan prepared on behalf of the Township of Winslow and certified by the New Jersey Council on Affordable Housing is hereby made a part of the Master Plan of the Township of Winslow and made a part hereof by reference thereto without inclusion of the text thereof herein.

B. Copies on file. A copy of the housing element as finally approved by the Council on Affordable Housing shall remain in the office of the Clerk of Winslow Township and shall be available for public inspection and review during regular business hours.
