SCHEDULE B - PLANNED RETIREMENT COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT USE AND BULK STANDARDS

A. The maximum number of attached dwelling units in one (1) structure shall be twelve (12).

B. The minimum distance between buildings shall be as follows:

(1) Windowless wall to windowless wall thirty (30) feet.

(2) Window wall to windowless wall forty (40) feet

(3) Window wall to window wall

(a) Front-to-front sixty (60) feet

(b) Rear-to-rear ft (50) feet

(c) End-to-end. thirty (30) feet

(d) Any building face to internal road or right-of-way fifteen (15) feet, except twelve (12) feet at a garage

(e) Any building face to common parking area. twelve (12) feet

C. The maximum height shall be two and one-half (21/2) stories or thirty-five (35) feet Any structure having more than one (1) story shall provide elevators

D. The minimum off-street parking requirement shall be no less than one and five-tenths (1.5) off-street parking spaces with at least two (2) handicapped spaces per structure. All common off-street parking shall be located within one hundred fifty (150) feet of the dwelling unit served.

E. Each off-street parking area shall have a designated bus stop located within each parking area

F. Each apartment unit shall have a private porch or a private balcony
