The words and terms in this Chapter XXIV which are also defined in N.J. C.O.A.H. Regulations N.J.A.C. 5:91-1.2 and 5:93-1.3 shall have the definitions set forth in the N.J. C.O.A.H. Regulations. (Ord. #1294, §111)
