1 .No person shall install, erect, or alter a sign without having obtained in advance a building permit for said sign.

2.Any appeal under sub-sections B, C, or D shall be made to the Zoning Board of Appeals. (Entire section amended by 11/4/91 Special Town Meeting; approved by Attorney General 3/5/92)
